Vilnius, Lithuania - July 1st 2026 - VeruSuite today opened the invite-only beta of its private business email and productivity suite. Businesses can now request an invitation code to run their email, calendar, contacts, and team tools on their own domain, with a product built so their data stays private and their own.
Business email, without the trade-offs
Most business email asks companies to choose between convenience and control. VeruSuite is built to refuse that trade-off. Everything runs on your own verified domain, outgoing mail is signed and authenticated so it lands in inboxes rather than spam folders, and your data is never sold or used to train AI models. The beta includes a calm three-pane webmail, shared calendars and contacts, notes and boards, collaborative documents, and secure video meetings, all under one identity.
Why invite-only
The beta is invite-only on purpose. We are onboarding businesses in small groups so we can support every workspace properly, listen closely to early customers, and keep the product calm and reliable as it grows. Each workspace is free for up to five users during the beta, with no credit card required, and you can connect any domain you already own.
"Veritas means truth, and that is the whole point of what we are building," said the VeruSuite founding team. "Email should prove you are who you say you are, respect your attention, and keep your words yours. The beta is our invitation to the businesses who want exactly that to help us get it right."
How to get an invitation code
Invitation codes are being sent out in waves. To request one:
- Email [email protected] with your company name and the domain you would like to use.
- Tell us a little about your team and how you use email today.
- We will reply with a code and a short setup guide as spots open.
Once you have a code, setup takes about ten minutes: verify your domain by adding a few DNS records, pick your address, and your workspace is live.
